About me

I fix broken experiences. In

products, institutions, and

everywhere between.

I've shipped products at scale, rebuilt how institutions work, produced

content for major media, and built a creative studio's operations from

the ground up. The discipline changes. The approach doesn't.

I bring the same rigor to a workflow automation that I bring to a

product launch: start with the human, map the system, build

something that holds.

Background

Ethnomusicology → Human-Centered Design

A degree in Contemporary Music with a concentration in Ethnomusicology from The

New School isn't a quirky footnote. It's the research methodology that shapes

everything I do. Ethnomusicologists are trained to embed in communities, interpret

culture, and surface meaning from what people actually do, not just what they say.

That's exactly what the best researchers and designers do.

Methodology

How I work

01

Discover

Embed in context

Through interviews, observation, and

cultural analysis I surface what's

actually happening, not just what

people report.

02

Define

Map the system

Journey maps, service blueprints, and

process diagrams help me understand

where things break down and why.

Develop

Build across mediums

I design across whatever medium the

problem requires: Figma prototypes,

workflow automations, production

pipelines.

What kinds of organizations do you work best with?

I've worked with creator platforms, higher education institutions, independent studios, and media companies. I work best with organizations that

have complex, human-centered problems and are open to research-informed approaches.

What does your process actually look like?

It depends on the problem. I always start by embedding in the context: talking to people, mapping what's actually happening. From there I move

into design, systems building, or strategy depending on what the situation calls for.
